Job Details
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus.
- Daily reporting to the management.
- Should have excellent command over spoken & written skill of Botany.
- Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them.
- Ensure regular doubt sessions of the students.
- Proper follow up the all the SOPs provided by the Management.
- Creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans and asking frequent questions to make sure students are on track.
- Providing extra support to students that require It, and more challenging tasks to those who are ahead of the class.
- Ensure regular Parents-Teachers meeting atleast once a month.
Qualification
- Msc Botany/PGT
Experience
- 2-4 years of Teaching experience in any good Higher Secondary school at Odisha.
